The 5 Star Home Brew Cleaning Kit contains enough professional strength cleaner (PBW) and sanitizer (Star San) for eight batches of beer and includes complete instructions plus a quick reference chart. PBW eliminates scrubbing, rinses clean, is environmentally friendly and is safe to use with stainless steel, glass, plastic, copper, brass and ceramics. Star San is a more effective sanitizer than chlorine or iodophor, does not need to be rinsed, is flavorless and odorless and does not stain. This kit contains an 8oz jar of Star San, plus nine 2oz PBW cleaner packets. It will be enough for about 6-8 five gallon batches of beer; a great value!
