A European lager packed with incredible maltiness. A very easy drinking beer, low in hop character with a clean malt profile. This is a lager which requires cold fermentation. Takes 4-6 weeks to ferment in primary but is well worth the wait. Goes well with pretzel's and sausages. Makes 5 gallons Estimated Original Gravity:1.042-46 SRM (Color Range): 10 IBU's: 11-15 Estimated Alcohol Percentage: 4.4% Our recipe kits DO NOT include grain bags or yeast.
