This Bohemian Pilsner malt is prepared using a traditional Bohemian malting process where it is turned and raked by hand in a floor malting facility. This creates a somewhat under modified malt with unique flavor additions to your brew. The premium choice for a true Bohemian Pilsner beer and many other styles as well.
