Lemon and lavender, together in this refreshing light farmhouse saison! Hippie Farm might sound, like, a little far out, man, but check it...this is one groovy saison! Combining a few light base malts for a golden straw color, the beer is lightly hopped and flavored with two hop varieties, lemon peel, and pure lavender flowers. Starting to sound a little bit like Woodstock? Well, prepare to get crazy by adding a saison yeast to give it some wonderful fruit and phenolic characteristics that really make this beer shine. Delicious and a little off the beaten path, make your reservation at the Hippie Farm and relax with this light, zesty beer! Kit Details Complete instructions are included with the beer kit. Our instructions include target gravity levels, hop addition times, suggested and required equipment lists, and all the important brewing steps! If you need any help, you can just call us! All of our extract kits come with malt extract, hops, specialty grains (pre-crushed), grain bag, instructions, and yield 5 gallons of delicious homebrew. Yeast is not included but we've provided a selection of recommended yeast (liquid and dry) that you can add to your order in the drop downs above. Clarifying agents (i.e. Irish moss) and priming sugar can be purchased separately.
