We are in general agreement in the shop, this is the recipe for the best Bock we have ever tasted. The secret to great Bock is to use high percentages of Munich malt. With 9 lbs of Munich Malt Extract, we're able to pull it off and bring you one big, bad (in a good way), Bock! Makes 5 gallons Estimated Original Gravity:1.091-94 SRM (Color Range): 16 IBU's: 18-21 Estimated Alcohol Percentage: 9.1% Our recipe kits DO NOT include grain bags or yeast.
