Same as our regular scotch ale but with a 1/4 lb of smoked grain. This is a great beer to lay down and age for up to a couple of years. Estimated Original Gravity:1.082-86 SRM (Color Range: 19 IBU's: 18-21 Estimated Alcohol Percentage: 8% Our recipe kits DO NOT include grain bags or yeast. The recommended yeast(s) can be found below. All grains will come milled.
