Our Sorachi Saison is refreshing twist on our Simple Saison. Inspired by the Brooklyn Brewerys Sorachi Ace the love2brew Sorachi Saison tones down the ABV a bit creating a brew that goes down a tad lighter. Sorachi Ace is a Japanese hop that exhibits a very lemony, crisp flavor with hits of grassiness intermingled. We use an impressive 7 ounces in this kit to create an incredibly refreshing brew that is excellent on a hot day or even as a staple brew in your household. Regardless of how you serve it the Sorachi Saison is sure to be a crowd pleaser! Pairs especially well with seafood, cheese, and/or omelets but makes a delicious addition to any meal.
