Tettnang is one of the Noble Hops (low in bitterness and high in aroma), that is herbal, slightly woody and spicy. The Tettnang hop rhizomes grow well in moderate climates, and will suffer a little in hot climates. Alpha Acid Range: 4 - 5% Rhizomes are an agricultural product and cannot be guaranteed.
