Carved in the USA from a single piece of beautiful hard wood Walnut you will enjoy using this paddle every brew day. The design has proven to be one of the most effective mash paddle designs for mash sizes up to 20 gallons. It easily cuts through the grain destroying dough balls (dry pockets of malt). Also featured is a circular hole in the handle that allows for easy hanging. Care Guide Some brewers prefer not to oil their mash paddles while some do. These paddles come non-oiled. If you wish you to periodically apply a coat of oil to yours use Butcher Block Oil which can be found online or in many hardware or kitchen stores.
