Wyeast 2000 Budvar is a very malty, low sulfur-producing yeast from a brewery in the Czech Republic. Allows the brewer to leave residual sweetness in the beer. Flocculates at a warmer temperature (37F) than many lager yeasts, which allows the brewer to more easily leave residual sweetness in the beer.We strongly recommend ordering dry yeast in the summer months. We do include complimentary ice packs with all liquid yeasts. It is difficult to guarantee that the ice packs will survive the trip given transit times and particularly hot temperatures.
